I contacted Control Systems Lab desperate to get a control circuit board repaired which runs the motor to open and close our drive-in Freezer at our wholesale seafood company. A new circuit board was not an option since it was no longer manufactured. The options we were given were to purchase a new track and motor or a full replacement door. Both would have been a huge capitol expense. John Maher from Control Systems Lab took in our board, and had it turned around fixed in 2 days, vs a new system taking two to three months to manufacture and ship. We had it reinstalled and it works perfect. I can't thank these guys enough. They have a local company as a customer for life! Anyone who tells you that your circuit board is fried and can't be fixed, don't believe them until you have these guys look at it. You will be thrilled you did.
A few months later, our business had a failed Variable Frequency Drive. The vendor informed us that they are no longer available and we would have to upgrade our system to a PLC based product, which carried a 25K price tag.
I remembered CSL and gave them a shot. They absolutely knocked it out of the park and fixed it. They have helped us on 2 more VFD's and also a 30 year old Vickers drive.
They take in shipments, and they will also try and find us replacement parts to our systems. Just today, Charles helped me out with a couple of circuit board fuses that repaired a down press.
