CSL Part Number: 119502
Product Overview: The IM(8X35.5)H is an immersible ultrasonic transducer manufactured by Blackstone-NEY Ultrasonics for use with their industrial ultrasonic cleaning systems, specifically the N1000B-XHS01 series amplifiers. It converts electrical energy into high-frequency mechanical vibrations to create cavitation in cleaning solutions, enabling precision cleaning of parts in manufacturing, medical device processing, and laboratory applications. The transducer features a sealed housing design intended for submersion in cleaning tanks and must be impedance-matched to its corresponding amplifier for proper operation. Water ingress into the housing causes irreversible damage to the internal coil windings and renders the unit unrepairable.
