Product Overview: The Bosch 0 811 405 050 Stroke Unit is a hydraulic valve amplifier and driver card used to control proportional hydraulic valves in industrial machinery. It provides precise position control by processing stroke position transducer feedback and generating valve command signals with adjustable acceleration, deceleration, maximum velocity, and creep speed parameters for bidirectional (A and B direction) operation. Front panel controls include potentiometers for creep adjustment, thumbwheels for velocity and timing settings, and calibration switches. Common applications include blow molding machines, transfer molding equipment, and other hydraulic cylinder positioning systems requiring quadratic stroke profiles. The module outputs proportional control signals and provides status LEDs and test points for monitoring. It operates on ±15V and +10V DC supplies.
