Product Overview: The Carrier CEPL130259-04 Integrated Starter Module is a control board used in Carrier 19XR series centrifugal chillers to manage compressor motor starting and monitor operating parameters. It provides three-phase current sensing, voltage monitoring, and RS-485 communication with the main chiller controller. The module includes isolated current transformers, analog-to-digital conversion circuitry, voltage regulators for ±15VDC and +5VDC power supplies, and a microprocessor for data processing. It accepts 120VAC input power and mounts directly to the chiller's electrical panel for integration with the motor control system.
