Common Failures

Repair Approach
To address the DC fault condition, all four relays on the board were replaced. Diagnostic testing after replacement confirmed stable relay operation. Cleaning procedures were also performed to remove corrosion from the board.
Testing & Quality
Component and power testing were conducted, with no DC shorts or faults detected. Power-on testing and a burn-in test were performed to verify repair stability. Component-level testing was completed. I/O functionality was not tested at the module level. Customers should perform final system-level testing to confirm full operational capability in their application.
