Product Overview: The Durant 57551-400 is a Count Control Totalizer from the Fusion Series, designed for industrial counting and batching applications. It features dual high-speed counter inputs (A and B) capable of accepting quadrature encoder or open collector signals, a reset input, programmable relay outputs for process control, and RS-232 communication capability. Commonly used in manufacturing equipment such as fin presses and tube cutters, it tracks strokes, parts counts, or cycles and triggers outputs when programmed setpoints are reached. The unit uses an ATMEGA128 microcontroller with FRAM memory for parameter storage and includes a membrane keypad overlay for programming.
