Product Overview: The Engel PA96/2A is a 2-channel proportional valve driver card used in industrial hydraulic control systems, commonly found in plastic injection molding machines and similar manufacturing equipment. It generates PWM-controlled output currents to drive proportional hydraulic valves based on analog input control signals. The card uses SG3524 PWM controller ICs and PIC600 transistor arrays in Sziklai configuration for power amplification. It features configurable DIP switch settings and operates on standard industrial power supplies including +5V reference, +15VDC, and -15VDC rails.
