Outsourced Repair
The GE Fanuc manufacturer part number is considered an outsourced repair and is not repairable at our facility. Having your part repaired through Control System Laboratories may include a Factory Inspection Fee, a different warranty period from our standard 2-year warranty, and generally cannot be repaired under Rush Service.
To have your repaired, follow these steps:
Step 1 -

Step 2 -
Print the RMA form from your email and put it in a box with the parts for repair.
Step 3 -
Mail the box to the address on the RMA.
We will receive a repair quote from our vendor, then an authorization for repair will be sent to you. We will need a signed authorization for repair before any work is started.
