Include problem description, pipe size, process conditions and manuals wiring diagrams when sending in for repair. Calibration is not included in standard repair price. If used with hazardous chemicals include decontamination statement Do not remove circuit boards from the housing, send in intact. If strain gage sensor that is sealed inside the metal tube is damaged that may not be repairable.
