Product Overview: The Inductoheat 31037-085E is an interface control board used in induction heating and brazing systems. It regulates current output to the induction coil and monitors operating conditions to control heating cycles. The board features VCO circuitry operating around 88 kHz with HF gate signals at 44 kHz, differential comparators for precision control, and current limiting functions. It is commonly found in Inductoheat induction brazing equipment used for metal joining applications in manufacturing environments.

Common Failures
We have observed units where heating output does not reach expected levels. In some cases, the condition begins intermittently and may become more consistent over time. Output current to the coil may plateau below the intended range without fault indicators from the machine.
Repair Approach
Repairs have typically involved replacement of overheated components, including 150 ohm and 470 ohm resistors and the LM361N high-speed differential comparator. Following component replacement, system outputs are recalibrated to ensure correct operation.
Testing & Quality
Post-repair testing includes component and power verification. Our warranty covers the components replaced during the repair process, subject to CSL warranty terms and conditions.
