Product Overview: The Motor Control 2 Board Assembly (3B156-3 with 3B158) is a tension control module manufactured by Magnetic Power Systems. It features dual PCB construction with an upper processing board for calculations and signal conditioning, and a lower power board for I/O and output drive. The unit accepts 120VAC input and provides regulated DC power supplies (+5VDC, +12VDC) along with adjustable high-voltage DC output (up to 100VDC) for controlling tension in web handling applications.
