Product Overview: The 3 Axis Cutting Table with Scales is a precision positioning component for Pilot Electronics Micro*Arc 15-M EDM (electrical discharge machining) systems. It provides motorized vertical movement of the cutting head with integrated linear position feedback via a 10-inch Absolute Zero II encoder (10 micrometer resolution). The assembly includes a servo motor driving a threaded rod mechanism, upper and lower limit switches for travel boundaries, and multi-conductor signal wiring connecting to the main EDM control unit. It operates on 120VAC and includes outputs for auxiliary equipment such as oil pumps used in EDM cooling and flushing operations.
