120 Series Analog Setpoint Controllers

Barber Colman 120 series analog setpoint controllers are used for position control or remote setpoint adjustment. While many companies have moved to digital setpoint controllers, the analog versions are still widely used in a variety of applications today. These units are considered obsolete, but we are able to continue to repair them; we have over 150,000 repairs in our history and we can repair many units that are no longer supported by the OEM or that are obsolete.

Issues that we see with these units that are repairable are: broken ribbon cables, failed internal components, incorrect calibration, bad bezels, broken dials and more.

We are able to test these units with our unique test fixture to verify operation. When you receive your repaired unit, we request that you install into your machinery and verify that your unit is working properly under your load/conditions. When sending your unit to us, please indicate what type of calibration you use with your unit.
