1VT Variable Torque A-C VS Drives
The 1VT Variable Torque A-C VS Drives series from Reliance Electric is a family of adjustable-frequency AC motor drives used to control the speed of three-phase AC induction motors in variable torque applications. As AC motor controls, these drives regulate motor output for the connected equipment they operate.
Range Overview
The series spans a broad range of power ratings and supply voltages to match different motor sizes and installations:
- Horsepower: from 5HP up to 100HP
- Input voltage classes: 230V, 460V, and 575V
Model numbers follow the 1VT convention, in which the digits identify the voltage class and horsepower rating of each drive, allowing selection of the correct unit for a given motor and supply.
