3PCI 3 Phase SCR Power Controller
The 3PCI Series is a family of three-phase SCR power controllers manufactured by Halmar Robicon (and branded Robicon). These units regulate power to industrial loads using silicon-controlled rectifiers (SCRs), commonly accepting a 4-20mA control signal for proportional output.
The series spans a broad range of voltage and current ratings, including 240V and 480V models with current capacities ranging from 25 amps up to 350 amps. Configurations include current-limit (CL) and open-circuit (OC) variants, along with accessories such as the 3PCI trigger board.
Common Applications
SCR power controllers of this type are used to control heating and other resistive or inductive loads in industrial process equipment.
