6180 Graphic Recorder

The Eurotherm 6180 Graphic Recorder series consists of paperless graphic recorders used for data acquisition, continuous monitoring, and recording of process variables in industrial applications. These panel-mounted units capture temperature, pressure, flow, and other signals digitally, displaying process data on screen rather than on traditional paper charts. Typical end applications include manufacturing, food processing, pharmaceutical production, and utilities.

The series covers the 6180XIO and 6180A models, along with associated interface hardware such as communication boards.

Products in This Series

• 6180XIO recorders — 12-inch graphic recorders with a 12.1-inch TFT LCD (1024 x 768 resolution), LED backlight, and resistive touchscreen interface. They use CompactFlash memory for data storage and support multiple input channels and group recording configurations.
• 6180A recorder — a paperless graphic recorder supporting multiple input channels for thermocouples and other signals, with configurable communication options including Modbus serial ports.
• Communication board (kit) — an interface board for the 6180A providing communication connectivity.
