Series Overview

The 7EM Model Temperature Controller series is a family of 1/8 DIN vertical-mount digital temperature controllers built for precise temperature regulation in industrial heating and cooling processes. These units feature PID control with autotuning, a digital display, and up to three outputs configurable for heating and cooling functions.

Controllers in the series accept thermocouple and RTD inputs, commonly J-type thermocouples, and provide relay and solid-state relay (SSR) outputs for load control. Typical applications include ovens, furnaces, extruders, heat-treating equipment, plastic processing machinery, and environmental chambers.
