90-20 Series PLC

The 90-20 Series PLC is a family of General Electric programmable logic controllers built around a modular architecture for small to mid-sized automation applications. These systems execute ladder logic programs, manage I/O, and control machine sequences in manufacturing, packaging, and process control equipment.

The series brings together the core building blocks of a 90-20 control system:

• I/O bases with integrated power supply (IC692MAA541 variants) — backplanes that provide mounting slots for modules and distribute power, accepting 120/240VAC input.
• CPU program modules (IC692CPU211 variants) — processors with battery-backed SRAM for program retention that run control logic and manage connected I/O.
• Output modules such as the IC692MDR541C relay output module.

Combined CPU-and-base assemblies are also part of the series, pairing a processor with a power supply base as a single unit. All products in this series are manufactured by General Electric.
