ACH550 VFD Series Overview
The ACH550 series consists of variable frequency drives from Johnson Controls (manufactured by ABB) designed to control three-phase AC motors in HVAC applications. These drives provide precise motor speed and torque control for equipment such as pumps, fans, and air handling units within building automation systems.
Series members operate at 460–480VAC input and cover a range of horsepower ratings, including 20 HP (15kW) and 25 HP (18.7kW) models. All units fall under the AC Motor Controls category and carry manufacturer part numbers in the AYK550 family.
