Alpha Drives
The Alpha Drives series is a family of Fanuc servo drive products carrying A06B part numbers. It consists primarily of servo amplifier modules and units, along with power supply modules and spindle amplifier hardware, that together form Fanuc's Alpha servo drive system.
These products control and power AC servo motors by processing command signals from a CNC controller and delivering regulated power for precise speed, torque, and position control. The series includes single-axis, dual-axis, and multi-axis amplifiers spanning a range of current and power ratings, as well as 200–230V three-phase power supply modules that feed the drive bus.

Amplifiers in the series are commonly identified by Fanuc designations such as SVU and SVM, reflecting single- and multi-axis servo module configurations.
