AR-5 Scale Series

The AR-5 Scale series from ACU-RITE is a family of linear scale encoders, primarily built around the Absolute Zero II design. These devices provide position feedback for measurement and positioning applications on industrial machinery.

The series spans a broad range of measuring lengths, offered in nominal sizes from 12 inches through 72 inches to suit different travel requirements. Selected models are also available in specific resolutions, including .0002 and .0005.

Nearly all products in the series are encoders, with a related slide encoder unit included as well. This makes the AR-5 Scale series relevant when repairing or replacing ACU-RITE linear scale feedback on equipment that relies on the Absolute Zero II platform.
