Balluff BTL5 Linear Position Transducers

The BTL5 series from Balluff is a family of magnetostrictive linear position transducers that provide absolute, non-contact position feedback. These sensors detect the location of a permanent magnet moving along a waveguide rod, delivering continuous position measurement without wear from mechanical contact.

Products in this series are available in a range of stroke lengths and with different analog output options, including 0–10V voltage output and 4–20mA current output. Many models operate on 24VDC power.
