CSD Series AC Drive
The CSD Series AC Drive family from Motortronics comprises variable frequency drives (VFDs) for controlling three-phase AC induction motors. These drives convert fixed-frequency AC power to adjustable voltage and frequency output, enabling precise speed and torque regulation, soft starting, and energy savings in industrial applications.
The series spans a broad range of power and voltage ratings, with models available in 230V, 460V, and 600V configurations and horsepower ratings from fractional (0.5 HP) up to the 40-50 HP range. Variable frequency output supports a wide speed-control range for demanding motor applications.
Common Applications
CSD Series drives are used across general industrial machinery, including:

- Conveyor systems
They are well suited to end equipment requiring adjustable motor speed, soft-start functionality, and improved process control.
