EHB Drive

The EHB Drive series comprises DC motor controls manufactured by CSR Contraves under the Varidyn product line. These thyristor-based DC drives provide variable speed control for DC motors, regulating armature and field voltage outputs to deliver precise motor control across a range of power ratings.

The series includes compact units such as the EHB 220.15D (5KVA) and the EHB 240.40D, which operates on 240V input and delivers up to 40A continuous current. These drives are commonly used in paper manufacturing machinery and other industrial processes that require accurate speed regulation of DC motors.
