Overview

The GD Series Temperature Controller from Gammaflux is a modular, multi-board control system for precision thermal management in plastic injection molding. Designed to regulate heating zones in hot runner systems, the series combines control boards with solid-state output modules to deliver accurate, zone-by-zone temperature control.

Products in This Series

• Output Cards & Modules — including the G24 15A Output Module (GD600C01, GD-100-C), a solid-state relay output card that provides switching control for heating zones, rated at 15 amps and fitted with replaceable fast-acting fuses for overcurrent protection.
• Control Boards — including the GD-103-E main controller board and GB-101-B input/output module, which work together to coordinate microprocessor-based zone control.

Together these components form a complete temperature control solution used in hot runner systems for plastic injection molding.
