Gemini 3300 Astro Line Series Counter

Red Lion Gemini 3300 series batch counters are popular among printers, automotive and other manufacturing industries. They help reduce costs and save time with their capabilities and greatly assist with mass production. Their 6-digit displays can count batch, process or total count values and have three presets. The unit is in a metal die-cast bezel, and since the front panel is sealed, it helps to keep the dust and dirt out of the unit.

The most common issue we have seen with this unit is damage to the keyboard, followed by bad circuitry inside the unit. Because these counters may see heavy usage, the damage to the keypad can be detrimental to other parts of your machinery, and can stop work until it is repaired. We are also able to repair and replace other interior components if that is what is needed to complete your repair.

Our test fixture can verify operation, and once you receive your repaired unit, we request that you install the unit to verify operation under your load/parameters.
