ID12 AC Motor Drive
The ID12 AC Motor Drive series from Baldor Electric is a family of AC motor controls used to regulate the speed and operation of AC induction motors in industrial equipment. All 27 products in this series are variable frequency drives configured for either 230V or 460V three-phase applications.
Power and Voltage Range
The series spans a broad range of horsepower ratings to suit different load requirements:
- 230V models: 15HP, 20HP, 40HP, and 50HP
- 460V models: 15HP, 20HP, 30HP, 50HP, and 75HP
Each rating is offered in several variants, identified by suffixes such as -E, -EO, and -ER, allowing selection of the drive that matches an existing installation.
Applications
As AC motor controls, these Baldor ID12 drives are used to start, stop, and vary the speed of AC motors driving industrial machinery. Match the horsepower and supply voltage of your original unit when identifying a replacement.
