J100 Series AC Drive
Overview
The J100 Series is a family of AC motor controls manufactured by Hitachi. These IGBT-based inverter drives control the speed and operation of AC motors across a range of industrial applications.
The series spans multiple power ratings, from fractional-horsepower units (0.25 HP) up to 5 HP, in both 230V and 460V configurations. Models are identified by the J100 prefix followed by codes indicating power rating, voltage class, and regional variant.
Applications
As general-purpose AC drives, J100 Series units are used wherever adjustable-speed control of AC motors is required. The variety of horsepower and voltage options allows the series to cover a broad range of motor sizes within industrial equipment.
