MELSERVO-J3 Drive
The MELSERVO-J3 Drive series from Mitsubishi comprises AC servo drives and power conversion modules used in industrial motion control systems. These products deliver and regulate power for servo amplifiers, supporting coordinated multi-axis applications such as CNC machines, automated manufacturing equipment, and robotics.
Products in This Series
The series includes servo drive amplifiers as well as AC/DC voltage converter modules that provide regulated DC bus voltage to servo amplifiers in multi-axis systems. Available units span a range of ratings, including models rated up to 30 kW and 107 A at 230V and converters rated around 18.5 kW.
- AC servo drives — including the MR-J3-200B-RN015 (170V) for servo motion control.
- AC/DC voltage converters — such as the MR-J3-CV18K, MR-J3-CV-185 (76 A, 18.5 kW), and MR-J3-CV30K (30 kW), supplying stable DC voltage to multiple servo drives.
