MRC 5000 Circular Chart Recorder

The MRC 5000 series from Partlow is a family of circular chart recorders used for continuous process and temperature monitoring. These units record process variables onto rotating paper charts while displaying live readings on an LCD screen. The series is available in single-pen and two-pen configurations, including both panel-mount and standard housings.

MRC 5000 recorders accept a range of input types, including thermocouple, RTD, and standard signals such as 1–5 VDC, and provide alarm relay outputs. They are commonly applied in industrial ovens, furnaces, autoclaves, environmental chambers, fire pump control systems, and other manufacturing processes that require documented temperature profiles and process records.
