NiCad

The NiCad series brings together nickel-cadmium (Ni-Cd) rechargeable batteries and battery packs from multiple manufacturers, including Panasonic, Varta, Dantona, Porter-Cable, and AA Portable Power Corp. All products in this family are rechargeable secondary batteries used to power and back up industrial electronic equipment.

The range spans individual AA and sub-AA cells as well as multi-cell packs, with voltages from 1.2V single cells up to 14.4V packs and capacities from roughly 60mAh to 1000mAh. Terminal and mounting options vary across the series, including standard cells, solder-tab terminals, PCB pins, and multi-pin pack connectors, making them suitable for a variety of device and board-level applications.
