PM Series Solid State Power Module
The PM Series Solid State Power Module family, manufactured by Harrel, comprises solid state power control modules used in industrial power control applications. These modules provide switching and power regulation across a range of voltage and current ratings.
The series spans several voltage classes and current capacities, including 220–230V models rated from 10A up to 70A, as well as higher-voltage 440V and 460V units rated from 10A to 50A. Model designations such as PM-210, PM-220, PM-230, PM-240, PM-270, PM-410, PM-440, and PM-450 identify variants within these voltage and amperage groupings.
