RDS 20 DC Adjustable Speed/Torque Control Series

The RDS-20 series is a family of DC motor speed and torque control systems from Danfoss (also supplied under the Graham Transmissions name). These controls regulate DC motors in the fractional to low-horsepower range, providing variable voltage output for precise speed and torque regulation.

The series includes open-frame controllers, single- and two-board configurations, models with reversing and digital covers, and a dynamic brake option board. Two-board sets pair a main speed/torque control board with options such as an isolation board or dynamic brake board, allowing flexible configuration for a range of applications.

Applications

RDS-20 controls are used in industrial DC motor applications, including flexographic printing press equipment.
