Seam Welder

The Seam Welder series comprises control boards from Entron used in seam welding systems. These boards provide the electronic control that manages welding operations to join or seal materials, delivering consistent, repeatable seam formation.

The series includes sequence control and display boards that handle weld sequencing, timing, and process parameters, along with the EN1000 welder control panel. Many boards offer operator feedback through an integrated display and manage functions such as weld initiation and dwell times.

Products in this series are commonly found in automated packaging, tube forming, and paper processing equipment where continuous seam welding is required. The range consists of the Entron 600541 and 600572 board families across multiple variants.
