Series One PLC
The Series One PLC family is a line of programmable logic controllers manufactured by General Electric (Fanuc). Built around the IC610 hardware platform, this series provides a complete set of components for building compact programmable control systems used in industrial automation.
The series brings together CPUs, racks, power supplies, communication and programming hardware, and a broad range of I/O modules under a single modular architecture.
Products in This Series
- CPU modules — processor units with RAM, including 1K and 3.7K RAM variants (IC610CPU series).
- Racks and power supplies — 5-slot racks with 115/230VAC power supplies and related chassis (IC610CHS series).
- Input modules — 24VDC, 115VAC, source input, and analog input cards in 8- and 16-point configurations.
- Output modules — 24VDC, 115VAC, relay, and analog output cards, including sink and source variants.
- I/O and control modules — combination DC-in/relay-out cards, thumbwheel interface, and response modules.
- Communication and programming hardware — data communications modules (IC610CCM) and PLC programmers (IC610PRG).
These components are commonly found in older industrial machinery and process control installations that rely on the GE Series One platform.
