sweepSONIK Ultrasonic Generator
The sweepSONIK Ultrasonic Generator series from Blackstone-NEY Ultrasonics consists of ultrasonic generators that drive transducers in industrial ultrasonic cleaning systems. These units convert electrical input into high-frequency sound waves, creating cavitation within cleaning tanks to remove contaminants from parts. The series includes SweepSonik and Neptune Dualsweep models, with operating frequencies ranging from 40 kHz to 104 kHz and dual sweep frequency modulation for enhanced cleaning performance.
Generators in this family operate on 208V or 240V input and deliver high-voltage output to ultrasonic tanks. Common features include front-panel amplitude adjustment and status LED diagnostics. Many units are precision-tuned to specific transducers by serial number.
