TSX PLC

Series Overview

The TSX PLC series is a family of programmable logic controllers and related components from Telemecanique, Modicon, and Schneider Electric. It centers on compact and modular PLC systems—including the TSX 17 micro-PLC and TSX Micro base units—used for small to mid-sized industrial automation tasks such as packaging machinery, conveyor systems, and light manufacturing.

Product Types

This series spans the core building blocks of a TSX control system:

• PLCs and base units — micro-PLCs and processor base units that form the heart of the control system, some available with integrated I/O and others requiring separate expansion modules.
• Input modules — digital and analog input cards, including 24VDC discrete inputs and multi-channel analog input modules.
• Output modules — transistor, relay, and analog output cards for driving solenoid valves, indicator lights, motors, drives, and actuators.
• Power supplies — 26W to 65W supply units, including 100/240VAC and TSX7-series power modules that provide regulated power to the controller and its modules.
