Zone Chassis Frame
The Zone Chassis Frame series consists of DME temperature control chassis and frames used in plastic injection molding hot runner systems. These units house and power the temperature control zones that regulate heat across mold manifolds and nozzles.
The series spans a wide range of zone capacities, from single-zone control boxes to multi-zone frames of 10, 11, 12, and 15 zones. It includes chassis frames supplied without controllers, blue box enclosures in 120V and 240V configurations, hot runner cabinets, and main frames — some with current and voltage monitoring options.
