Product Overview: The Anafaze 12LS (also sold as Watlow) is a 12-zone loop rack temperature controller used in semiconductor and industrial process applications requiring precise multi-point heating control. It accepts thermocouple inputs (Type J, configurable for Fahrenheit or Celsius) and controls AC heating loads via solid-state relay outputs rated at 25-35A per zone at 120VAC. The system features programmable setpoints with ramp and soak capabilities, digital display with keypad interface, and individual zone control commonly deployed in LAM Research equipment and similar process tools.
