Product Overview: The Bacharach H-10G is a portable halogen leak detector designed to identify refrigerant leaks in HVAC systems, chillers, and refrigeration equipment. It uses a heated diode sensor to detect halogenated gases including CFCs, HCFCs, and HFCs. The unit features both audible and visual neon lamp alerts to indicate leak presence. Detection is performed through a sample hose connected to a probe tip with replaceable filter material, driven by an internal suction pump that draws air across the sensor.
