Product Overview: The Conair Selectronic 4+ Vacuum Loader Control manages pneumatic conveying of plastic resins and regrind materials in injection molding and extrusion operations. It controls vacuum loader cycles including material loading time, purge cycles, and regrind percentage blending. The controller provides six 115VAC contact outputs for solenoid valves and motors, plus communication I/O for integration with Conair's Selectronic central monitoring systems. It accepts either 24VAC or 115VAC input power via jumper selection and features front panel potentiometers for adjusting load time and regrind ratio, plus three internal calibration pots for fine-tuning system parameters.
