Selectronic 4+ Vacuum Loader

The Selectronic 4+ Vacuum Loader series consists of microprocessor-based control boards manufactured by Conair for automated vacuum conveying systems used in plastics processing. These controls manage the pneumatic transfer of plastic pellets, resin, and regrind from storage containers to processing equipment such as injection molding machines and extruders.

Boards in this family regulate loader cycle functions including material loading time, purge cycles, vacuum timing, and regrind percentage blending. They provide relay and contact outputs for solenoid valves and motors, along with communication I/O for integration into larger conveying systems where a single pump can supply vacuum to multiple loading stations.
