Product Overview: The microTrac 1 is a microprocessor-based temperature controller manufactured by Conair for chiller systems used in plastics processing and industrial cooling applications. It features an integrated LED display, dual thermocouple inputs for monitoring process and return water temperatures, and programmable setpoint control. The unit provides relay outputs for controlling cooling equipment and includes front-panel pushbutton switches for temperature adjustment and system configuration. It operates on 115/230VAC input and utilizes voltage regulators to generate internal logic-level power supplies. The controller includes battery-backed SRAM for retaining setpoints and parameters during power loss, and supports calibration via onboard trimmer potentiometers.
