982 Series Teamperature Control

The 982 Series comprises Watlow temperature controllers designed for precise thermal regulation in industrial processes. Part of Watlow's broader 981–984 family, these are 1/8 DIN panel-mount units offered in horizontal and vertical configurations, supporting both ramping and non-ramping setpoint operation.

Units in this series accept thermocouple inputs (including Type J, K, N, and T) and provide control outputs for heating and cooling. Configurations range from single-input, dual-output models to multi-loop versions with up to two inputs and four outputs, using relay and analog (4–20 mA) outputs to drive heating elements, valves, and other process equipment.
