ACX2201 Pressure
The ACX2201 Pressure series comprises pressure control products from Millipore and Tylan General, along with a related membrane keypad. These pressure controllers are designed to regulate pressure levels, with primary use in semiconductor manufacturing processes.
The series includes the ACX AdapTorr and ACX Torr pressure controllers, both of which use a membrane keypad for operation. A matching keypad overlay is also part of the family to help maintain controller functionality.
