GV3000/SE AC Drive
The GV3000/SE AC Drive series from Reliance Electric is a family of variable frequency drives (VFDs) that control the speed and torque of three-phase AC induction motors. These drives use PWM (pulse-width modulated) output to regulate motor performance by varying the voltage and frequency supplied to the motor, with select models offering vector control for more precise regulation.
The series spans a broad power range, from 1 HP up to 100 HP, and includes both 230V and 460V models to suit a variety of installations. Alongside the drives, the series includes the GV3000 keypad, a human-machine interface used for operator control and parameter programming.
Common Applications
GV3000/SE drives are widely used in paper processing equipment and other general industrial machinery. Typical end equipment includes conveyors, pumps, and fans, as well as any application requiring precise AC motor speed and torque control.
