M2B Temperature Controller

The M2B Temperature Controller series is a family of panel-based temperature control systems from Sterling, Sterlco, and ACS New Berlin, designed for precision thermal management in industrial heating and cooling applications. These microprocessor-based controllers regulate process temperature through relay outputs, with configurations available as standalone units or paired with output, communication, and remote setpoint boards.

The series covers a temperature range of approximately -30°F to 650°F and uses thermocouple inputs for process monitoring and setpoint control. Digital displays and membrane keypads allow setpoint adjustment and configuration. A panel overlay is also included in the series to support these controllers.

Applications

M2B controllers are most often used in chiller and temperature control systems for water-based and process fluid thermal management. They are commonly found in plastic injection molding, extrusion, and related manufacturing equipment.
