Microcomputer Gage Control

The Microcomputer Gage Control series comprises operator interface components used on Cincinnati Inc. power squaring shears, including the 2CC12 model. The series provides gage control and position monitoring, allowing operators to input settings and read out values during machine operation.

The series includes a front operator panel and a matching panel overlay:

• Front panel (823264): An operator interface panel featuring a membrane keypad with tactile switches, seven-segment displays for readout, and an onboard power supply regulating 12VDC input to 5VDC for internal circuitry.
• Overlay (105727): The membrane panel overlay for the operator interface.

These components serve as the primary operator interface for manual control and readout on the associated Cincinnati Inc. shear equipment.
