OC2 Control Card

The OC2 Control Card series is a family of motor control cards manufactured by Polyspede, built around the E1507 series. These boards are used in AC and DC motor control applications and are commonly found in paper industry equipment. The series includes both motor cards and a control board variant, with several configurations available across the E1507 part number range.

OC2 Motor Cards regulate motor operation within the broader OC2 control system for precision motor control. Depending on the variant, they support features such as armature voltage regulation for brushed DC motors, integrated SCR power circuitry, speed adjustment potentiometers, and tachometer feedback. Cards interface with solid-state relays and typically mount to a bridge rectifier assembly, operating from 110VAC or 220VAC input.
