Series UV Generator Controls

The Series UV Generator Controls is a family of control boards manufactured by ONAN for use in ONAN UV Series generator sets. These boards coordinate and protect generator operation, managing functions such as engine monitoring, startup sequencing, and protective shutdown. They are commonly found in standby and prime power generator systems, including those used with Cummins generators.

Products in This Series

The series consists of seven control boards, each dedicated to a specific control or protection function:

• Cycle Cranker Board (300-1573) — regulates startup sequencing and operational cycling.
• Start Disconnect Board (300-1574) — monitors AC voltage and controls power disconnect functions.
• Overspeed Board (300-1575) — monitors frequency and provides overspeed shutdown protection.
• Engine Monitor #1 (300-1576) — monitors engine parameters with over-voltage protection and status indicators.
• Engine Monitor #2 (300-1577) — monitors oil pressure, cranking sequences, and timing operations.
• Shut Down Board (300-1578) — manages protective shutdown functions and relays.
• Start-Stop Board (300-1579) — controls start and stop functions through external relay circuits.
